Maintenance-related requests for common areas
Town Councils are responsible for controlling, managing, maintaining, and improving the common property of HDB residential flats and commercial property within the Town.
For management and maintenance of the common areas outside your flat such as corridor lighting defects, staircase, and void decks, you can call:- The Town Council managing your flat (during office hours)

Land sales and lease
